"CFO would want to stay and collect his free $50k a year" - Ctrl-F the annual report and Tasovac is not listed as being on the board (??). It is not a requirement for the CFO to be - happy to be shown where the $50k came from??
JZ got a majority of shares through the conversion of Con Notes and most likely a majority of the remainder via performance issues - so motivation is a lot less than people make out. Who wouldn't like $50M cf $1M - especially with today's inflation
They have also added another directorship to their plate.
Got the snout into to another trough by the looks (all at the dog end of the market) - it doesn't imbue motivation to me at all and perhaps the "reality" of their resource is sinking in ..........
