You clearly have no idea how receivership works if you think that buying Hipura Pty ltd off the creditors means that Impact is buying the debt.
But yes, it's likely that Impact would be buying the trade secrets of HiPura Pty Ltd. In the prospectus for CMX, the company purchased HiPurA Pty Ltd.
The purchase of hiPurA Pty ltd was a material contract described in the prospectus. The purchase of 100% of the shares of HiPurA Pty Ltd conferred ownership of the IP behind HiPurA Pty Ltd and, obviously, all material and data etc etc. The contract details are still available for interested parties to peruse in case they think that CMX didn't own anything and somehow, magically, Impact is buying ChemX's debts.
Also, you know, just to ram home the point;
HiPurA Pty ltd owned the patent application as detailed in the Prospectus;
The patent by Nick Wellham is available on Google Patents and was registered to HiPurA Pty Ltd;
