I am NOT a downramper, I am just such an angry shareholder. I will jump up and down if a nice premium is offered.
But the announcement doesn't say a word about any premium offer and the company stated the development faces difficulty, hence they chose to give it up to DRD! Meanwhile 1 month ago they were so upbeat about the development.
I wish I am wrong and the company release another announcement later today or tomorrow, saying "sorry, forgot to mention $$% premiume to the VMAP of last 30 days"
