Hi Azoff, I see the entitlement offer is not underwritten but they can place any shortfall, perhaps AF has someone lined up that is happy to take a large stake at the issue price, can’t think of any other reason to issue at a premium. If they had of issued at a discount they could have further diluted Jigao (assuming they don’t participate). Big boys at play, what do us mushrooms do, lol.
