There are so many positives in the announcement. But then still so many questions unanswered and that raise price - not sure how they arrived at that.

But I do wonder if this is an attempt to stir the pot with Jigao. Pressure them to make a move; alternative off takes, alternative funding source, etc.

And who the f is Metal Challenge. Their website is pretty dormant last update in 2015. No case studies, pretty opaque.
