The NH announcement is disappointing. But from the government's perspective this is a totally rational decision - they have a great resource and want investment but have no confidence in TON to deliver. Don't think they are orphans in that regard.
Today's share price increase is interesting because on the face of it, it doesn't make a lot of sense.
