Agreed. More lop-sided battle than David & Goliath in terms of a legal battle. Not sure what prospects would be legally or how long either party would want a legal battle. If covid-19 didn't occur would this deal have still gone ahead? The only positive at this stage is that KJ is definately aligned to shareholders. My best hope is that the funding is not turned off immediately and that somehow the near impossible can be achieved in finding some alternative funding.
