Justin thinks that anyone who has experience with environmental clearances would recognise the implications of having MECA request AUQ to now pay the fee. He advised they played down this development given past experience and to not overstate things. He thinks its THE last hurdle, although is still expecting "some minor things to address", but that "MECA was the big one".
