Yes they do... but why the extended delay to respond ? I have seen companies receive and respond to several speeding tickets during a single trading day without the necessity to halt trading for over 24+ hours. Either good news leaked and someone on the inside has been naughty or Management looking to cash in (CR) on back of positive SP action....
Based on earlier post (and without verification) they have circa 3 million in working capital with a cash burn of 1.5 million per quarter so seems sensible or prudent to make hay while the sun shines.... Better now than when we were floundering around 2.5 cents.
My preference is good news leaked...
