My point simply was; they have halted trading from Tuesday 6th
December to Thursday 8th December for an ASX price query. Whilst I am sure this is not unique to 4DS that is far greater than the 2 hours you suggested. There is a difference between responding and “continuing to trade in a timely manner” ..... and taking an extended time for reasons unknown. Although, as you say 4DS replied within 2 hours the trading halt is far longer and for what purpose?
It is not unusual for a company to receive multiple speeding tickets during one days trading.... respond and continue without an extended delay.
