Whether Platform 4 is successful or not, 4DS will continue with it’s research and development works to further it’s technology up until it is acquired.
If successful with Platform 4, they may look into manufacturing a 3D ReRAM chip (This adds to the value of the company). This can happen while in parallel commercial deal is being worked on.
The upcoming CR will by no means tell us if Platform 4 is successful or not.
