They are starting construction this year will probably take 1 year, give it another 3 months for production ramp-up and the start of production than 18 months for drying out the brine before the first "sale" can be completed.

So by my estimates in around 2.75 years ( say 3 years to be safe ), we should be in full production with money coming in.

Unfortunately, generally during construction phases, the SP tends to trend down so it's up to you whether you want to get in now or later!
