I can understand NKP shareholders being extremely edgey and reading things into this announcement when maybe nothing should be read into it.

I have a decent sized shareholding in Indophil which also announced its Company Securities Trading Policy today... interesting timing given the CEO of a potential suitor had said if everything is ok with due diligence they would lodge a bid before Xmas.

Maybe ASIC/ASX have sought securities trading policies from particular companies by the end of the year.
