The thing is that’s a mean.
In most cases the argument for chemo is even weaker but people use it. This might make chemo a more worthwhile option.
Some people will benefit much longer than 2 months especially if they can be downgraded to have surgery. So you aren’t opting for 2 months you’re opting for a chance at a year or so.
Anf finally it would be a rare forward step in this disease.
