I had a read-through. I do not have any experience in wine-making so thoughts are only my own but my takeaway was it provides a solution that gives immediate results & can be conducted by 'untrained' staff leading me to assume this process is typically drawn out and does require a skillset to manage effectively.

The report notes it is not as accurate as the 'ripper titration' method (excellent name FWIW) however the report does note for the level of error and enhancements including that the test can be conducted without potentially compromising the batch like other methods may, it seems to be a favorable report.

However, I don't think the news is astonishing and the proof will be when they take the product to market and we hear whether it is gaining traction. If wine makers believe it will generate real value vs rest of the market, it would reinforce whether Sentia will re-shape the market or not.
