All at a combined MC of under 100m. This is another RED5 in the making which is now capitalised at 1.2bn. HRN has the benefit of a major shareholder who can arrange funding for the required capex. I've been waiting patiently for this to play out over the last few years but there is now confirmation of direction and strategy so it could all happen quicker then we think!

Why would the management of GML want to hand ownership over to Horizon?

They would lose their Director’s fees and salary. They would be out of a job.

Do they serve shareholders or themselves?

Think about it.
