ORE Quarterly for their Olaroz operation states:
- Realised average price achieved was US$4810/T on an FOB basis.
- Costs were US$3972/T
- Gross cash margin (excl. Export Tax of US$181/T) was US$838/T which is 17% Gross Margin
Must not be high quality product they are producing if they can only sell it for US$4810/T.
LKE are talking a cost of US$4178/T for a product that sells at a conservative US$11,000/T. Giving a Gross Margin of 62%!
Maybe try comparing apples with apples next time!
