Thanks Moreforme. I sincerely hope MSB doesn't breach any of CYP's licensed patents. They rest with the US$3.5billion endowment fund of the University of Winconsin-Madison. They are particularly protective of their IP. Hate to say (only because its Aussie) but MSB would be crushed in any patent suit. MSB cash burn and a US patent dispute would bury the company. I love watching MSB spending the hundreds of millions proving up their MSC's, Its like history repeating itself in the car industry - lots of successful manufacturers, developing costly state of the art cars only to be crushed and put out of business by Henry Fords manufacturing process.
