Sophs and Insto's should profit over retail (usually though wealth transfer from non participants.)

Your theory was never correct. The SP was already up 300% since June and the coffers are nearly empty with a $1,000,000 repayment still a distinct possibility. The decision to raise is correct. We just now wait and see if it is also fair!
