Put it this way - assuming all options are exercised, IDA will have ~440m shares on issue.
If this claim settles at even half the claimed amount - say AUD 60m - and we pay away half-ish to the lawyers (can't remember exactly) and keep AUD30m, that's worth 6.8 cents per share on its own... on a fairly conservative set of assumptions.
I don't think this is factored into the current share price at all...
