if this claim settles at half the amount i will be very happy. Most law suits settle between 10 and 40% and at the lower end it would save us a cap raise or 2. At the higher end it will make a significant difference.
A bird in the hand is always worth a few in Tanzania.
It will depend on a number of factors, and how skillful the legal team is. And once settled they still have to hand over the money.
