I think it's going to be a legitimate bid from FSS...

I think the upside of going with UWL is the synergy with OPC + long term growth and the benefits of going with FSS is the extra $$.

FSS bid is engineered to force Unity to pay more.
I think this will end up with eggs on the face during the correction phase of the market.
