Sold yesterday, difficult decision as I get 10% less than if I wait for Chinese cash. But there are so many bargains in other stocks that I couldn't help myself.
IMO upside with GDO is only 10% from here (unless of course a competing proposal occurs). On the negative side, there is a small chance of Chinese pulling the plug (not sure if they have any get out clause in case of market fall, etc).
Either way, it was a great stock to hold during last few turbulent months. Good luck to all holders.
