Ann: Competition Commission approval for A$0.55 p, page-26

re: Ann: Competition Commission approval for ... Got my forms today - LOL the bit that says an independant expert veiws the deal "not fair but reasonable" for holders who accept the share issue but keep their shares.

Obviously they have the issue of new shares sown up but does anyone think there's a chance it could be voted down? I'm thinking I'll vote no but accept the offer anyways... Reading the offer again really highlighted the fact that management have really sold out SH's on this deal.
