I didn't read the holders notice that way.
But nothing changes. Then it's just the "another party" who sells into the takeover or loses $95m with years to recover and plenty of CR's in between (with Creasy free-carried till FID for his 40% of the project). Pretty clear choice. BTW under the takeover rules the "another party" can't be related to the Bidders.
