Thats exactly what i was thinking. BAM was August last year. Its good news that this is progressing but geez im not sure how theyre all filling in their days at HO. What? Getting on the phone? Following up MOU'S ? Anyone? Bueller? So why has it taken till now for them to be finally confident enough to plan that this is going forward? Couldn't have put out these tenders back in Sept? January? At least I'll take this as good news but as youve said, 6 months for this, 12 months construction? Looks like my road trip to US of A just put back another year ( or two).
