Would you just simply walk into a pub and ask whos a builder, than whoever stands up and says they are, would you simply pay them to build you a house without costings, plans, regulatory requirements ? I think not.

I personally would like a number of plans, history of the company, and ensure my millions of dollars to build is going to be well spent and that will last for the life of the project.

So as someone said, this is a great step and a normal process to ensuring they have a company that can provide, even if they may be alittle more expensive to the other.
