    Show me any corporate project that has been delivered on time and on budget. Even a small software rollout. This is dealing with a mine and processing plant. Things take time and you have held over the most painful period. While it is a shame that things didn't go to plan, if you take a step back and analyse your position, it probably feels more positive than it seems.
