    It has been mentioned before (see ann 29 February).

    What appears to be new is the “potential equity investments to help meet … initial capital requirements”.

    I believe POSCO is gearing up for an equity investment in RNU.

    It makes sense with the “revised terms” and “commercial sensitivities” mentioned in the budget.
