Slowly starting to come together but the one thing I just cannot understand is the equity investment to help with construction costs etc…..why? With 100 mill in the bank and the loan of 185 mill where is that requirement? The loan itself is enough to get up and running surely. I did read at some stage that 184 mill was the required figure to get to production. Mind you equity without dilution would be good and the only way that would happen is for a sweetheart deal of some kind.
