CFDs are a bit of a double-edged sword due to the leverage they offer, these days I just trade shares with the money I actually have. I would avoid them personally.
Most my trades are trend trades, slow and steady until it's finished.
I rarely indulge myself in intra-day trades like this one, bit too much for my blood pressure and heart
