Have a look at RMW Cho Group's website homepage, INVION in large letters, that was surprising to see. From what I can understand RMWC is a private company that owns strategic assets and finds the right partners and investors for each project and the way they are promoting Invion is very positive for it's share price. Like you said Steini "bought out by its current corner stone partner" or maybe the opposite and some sort of back door listing whereby RMWC's Intellectual property would be commercialised through an existing Australian public medical company and would make Mr Cho and the investors a lot of money into the future.
