All great posts with insightful comments - I have limited understanding of the CCP and it’s impact but belie That all Chinese enterprises have percentage ownership by the State. That manifests in a holding of one or more of the shareholders in the company and presumably impacts on the licensor of the IP. I would be most interested in comments from people with experience in this area. Have sold some initial investment on the lift but will retain some.
My concern about the commercial future is just how much will be realised by the company given the issues of sovereign risk and limit to the region (albeit large). I am only querying this and not denigrating as it’s a fabulous advancement. I guess my other health stock exposure is in a stock where the IP is owned or licensed worldwide and with that exclusivity come many advantages.
What will be important for the MD of IVX to explain from my perspective, is how regional R&D developments in the IP around the globe are shared, on what basis and how is research undertaken to avoid unnecessary duplication across areas. This will be compelling.
