1. 3c x 7b shares = 210m , yes a high MC for a stock with no income but there are hundreds out there with even higher MC -- but definitely not Blue Chip valuation
2. Show us 1 company, apart of IMU, that can claim that their pre-clinical results show not just killing the cancer but preventing the re-occurrence without any further treatment after re-introducing new cancer cells

3. The limited distribution rights are just part of satisfying ASX rules, IVX is just a shell company for RMW Cho Group Limited which obviously used that backdoor to list on the ASX. Unlikely ASX would have allowed them to list directly that easily.
In the end, anyone who wants to be part of it has to buy IVX and if successful in human trials then distribution will be done all over the world and the sp will adjust accordingly.
The selling today could have been done by the broker to cash in the freebees, some / one impatient holders or CR participants. Haven't watched the dump(s) but never seen more than 10m on the 1.7c at any given time. Could have been an exchange of securities by a broker for a client as well.
