    If I understand correctly there was about $500Mn cash on books so the transaction value is actually $3.6Bb. That’s still AUD 5.45Bn. Note also that Razebio was at the point building their own in-house manufacturing plant, so that’s another plus for the acquirer.

    One thing less discussed is our sarcophage technology which protects the radiation from the drug molecule from being leaked to the body plus enables double connectors to the cancer cell. I am guessing this technology not only is unique and useful as a platform technology for any Clarity developed drugs but potentially can be used to deliver other cancer targets? What do some scientists around here think of the value of this technology in the scheme of things and how unique and valuable can it be to the acquirers?
