All they've done is re-announced what they already announced on the 18/12/2019. The original announcement even states that the contract is for OVER 2 million so I don't know how they can claim that it was 2m but is now 2.3m. I guess you could argue that an update on an existing long-term contract is worthwhile, but this looks like classic pre cap-raise fluff.
