re: Ann: CHM: Completes $1.6M Placement/Confi... If the opposite of wise is foolish, then that is what this placement is, choosing the losing weaker side in the CHM vs MMX wasteful legal 'war'.
CFE would be much better off staying out of this and having good blood between MMX should they later want to share infrastructure and a 'handshake' i.e. (without QC court involvement). CFE is effectively paying CHM's legal fees, CHM's ability to remain a going concern was in question before this 1.6m lifeline, they don't have anything to develop, it will all be spent on lawyers and directors fees - working capital - bah! I question the motives here......
