Tony's rewarding the people that held prior to the trading halt, which is what he always intended and had spelt out - that he'd do his best for loyal shareholders.
Record date means nothing.
The only date of relevance is the ex entitlement date, which will perhaps be Monday 19th or Tuesday 20th. Will have to wait for paperwork to be certain.
