The intent is there to support existing shareholders but we'll unlikely be able to pick up our full entitlements with the SPP capped at $15M. That would in theory limit that number of retail shareholders to 333 that could take up their full entitlement. I hope the scale back is at least based in some part on the each applicants shareholdings to be fair.
