According to the last Annual Report there was 1362 shareholders.
$5m /0.40 = 12.5m shares / 1362 = 9,177 shares each or $3,670 worth.
Thats assuming everyone take up their amount to the maximum and the scaleing is equal.
Let me know if these fiqures are incorrect, but thats how I see it.
