Not really. Whether REE are hot or not the demand for magnetic low Uranium ore demand is hot. China only has mostly non ionic ore and hold over 60% of the world market. Lynas received funding from Aus Gov for their plant with strong US -AUS MOU. Brazilian deposits firmly on the radar, Australian deposits firmly on the radar. Just look at the last 12 months in developments with 2 of NWM neighbours. Another explorer VMS hit an Australian seam record and jumped 100% a couple of weeks ago. 3 WA refineries are not running to max capacity, 1 refining at 40%.
You are correct it's all in the Met analysis and costs of leaching. Good assays and good recoveries without tonnes of acid will rake in billions especially due to macro conditions.

In relation to NWM, the team need to show runs on the board. Top this with good cheap recoveries and with under a bn SOI and a strategic Industry Capital Provider (not broker placements) this Coy could show growth and value similar to it neighbours.

Unfortunately for investors the BOD have been asleep for some time but I've seen new acquisition feed new life in a team and markets have responded.

Hopefully this jump will hold and build as a program is announced and drilling starts. Unfortunately Tuesday trading showed a leaky ship so there will be a degree of DTers. We will see at T2 (SP during tomorrow's trade) if this is just a pump.
