They have a strong marketing position, but they are missing some large opportunities. Some of your observations have been spot-on, but some of your interpretations about how SEO works seems to have over-inflated HwB's market position. Your interpretation about what site visits from overseas might mean for sales differs to mine. And you have not mentioned the price-point that HwB are targeting (lower $ value per acquisition compared to the market leaders). The ecommerce and hamper industry though at the moment is solid with plenty of opportunity for growth. HwB are in a good position so I am not down-ramping in anyway. Just wanted to make sure you didn't read too much into the fact that you are seeing them feature everywhere you look! Google is just smart enough to keep them right in front of you now that you made a purchase.

edit - forgot to say that those extra images MIGHT be through "local search" results from Google My Business. If it's accompanied by a map, then those are fed through a separate part of Google. but the same idea applies
