With the Brisbane hamper, how long was the delay between the StarTrack driver being unable to deliver and your recipient being able to collect at his or her local Post Office/Licensed Post Office?

Given drivers leave a card in the mailbox if they can't deliver, how did you or the recipient know to go to which PO/LPO given you supplied an incorrect delivery address?

Irrespective, it's a huge advantage that HwB uses StarTrack because competing couriers like Singapore Post-owned Couriers Please or FedEx often have fewer collection points if deliveries are not successful, hence requiring more travel. On one occasion with a competitor to Oz Post/StarTrack, I had to go to a distant 7-11 to pick up a parcel that was a pain to carry home on the tram.
