At COB on Monday 17 January 2022, the HwB site was displaying 49 hampers for sale.

Plenty of variety that picky and often budget-conscious senders want.

There are five choices that with StarTrack delivery added cost under A$80, with the most expensive hamper being A$450, but the ones before that are $220 so $450 is an outlier.

Twelve hampers are priced (excluding delivery) at $65, $70 or $75 so that's a good clue as to what the typical non-corporate purchaser would be after. When one adds the courier cost, 'below $100' is the likely goal of many individual shoppers (and maybe most SMEs, as they often lack the 'spend up big' mentality of some larger companies).

It will be interesting to see how inflation affects the prices of HwB's hampers. The market is highly competitive from the huge number of rivals I was easily able to find and discuss in preceding pages, so that may not make it easy passing on price increases to purchasers.

However at times HwB discounts, so there may be some available flexibility.
