The www.similarweb.com site informs us that HwB had 173500 visits to its website in December 2022, up from 132500 in November and 76000 in October 2022.

While January 2023 visits will show a substantial drop compared with these three months if my hunch is correct, that's to be expected as so many are on Christmas/school holidays.

Major competitor The Hamper Emporium (owned by listed MBH that's had a recent tumultuous history) had a steeper rise in visitation but HwB's performance in attracting potential custom was still quite good.

It will be interesting to see how successful HwB is in having corporates and individuals purchase hampers at periods other than Christmas, such as Easter, for individual birthdays, engagements, marriages and (more sombrely) post-wakes. I am not overly optimistic but for the sake of SH let's hope I'm wrong, and by a large margin.
