While from my brief look it has a greater emphasis on sending flowers than the typical food plus wine/beer hamper in which most others including PTL's HwB specialise, a business called Lvly is ranked highly for internet searches at #1901 in Australia and #134261 worldwide.

Hard to know if it's a direct competitor, or only has a partial overlap with HwB. I'm far from an expert in the field, but maybe to a large extent it's serving a different subsector of the corporate and personal gifts market?

While it's starting to taper off (not unexpectedly, until perhaps mid November when individuals and businesses start thinking about Christmas gifts), HwB's website metrics have largely continued to be on an upward trend.

This gives me a dose of optimism despite what is sure to be delivery delays from a range of couriers as the Greater Sydney, NSW and Greater Melbourne lockdowns continue with no end in sight.
