On 30 September 2021, Alexa suggests that HwB's website worldwide ranking had risen to #140931 but its Oz ranking had slightly slipped to #2393. This sounds counterintuitive but means that in Oz, a few other websites have recorded faster growth in online visitation since I last looked on 24 September.

Engagement with the site is all positive with daily pageviews per visitor up by six per cent to 3.1, daily time on site rising by five per cent to three minutes and 10 seconds, and the 'bounce rate' (people who only look at the home page and then leave) down to 42.5 per cent.

These are medians, so the 57.5 per cent who according to Alexa investigate the HwB site will in many cases be online for a lot longer than three minutes, particularly if they order a hamper. The couple of times I've done the latter took 10 to 20 minutes as one searched for a suitable hamper, and then went through the payment process, also looking up answers to a few 'key questions'.
