On its website, HwB says this about delivery delays:

"...Our couriers are being impacted by the NSW lockdown, and although deliveries are still going ahead as normal, they are not able to redirect any orders or give updates on delays. Please make sure you put the correct address in when you order!..."

However, there are also delivery delays in Melbourne and almost certainly nationally given StarTrack and all other couriers, including ST's owner Australia Post are under a lot of pressure with staff being forced to isolate if one person in a delivery centre/depot contracts the novel coronavirus.

HwB needs to update its site. Restrictions are being markedly eased in Greater Sydney from Monday 11 October so that should help, as will the NSW Government's willingness to find a business-friendly solution to the overarching iso rules.
