On the 'Product Review' website, of the 885 shopper reviews submitted for HwB as at 16 October 2021, 77.29 per cent gave this new PTL subsidiary 5/5 as an overall rating, while a further 5.88 per cent of reviewers claimed HwB ought receive 4/5.
Therefore, 83.17 per cent said HwB was 'excellent' or 'very good' considering the totality of its offerings, delivery and customer service.
13.9 per cent of reviewers awarded it only 1/5 - 'poor'. Most of these will be for delivery delays, sadly unavoidable at present with the boom in online shopping. Very few criticise the company for mucking up orders by sending a hamper other than that ordered, or having the courier deliver it to the wrong address.
