It's really pleasing that of the last 10 reviews of HwB accepted by Google for the latter's all-encompassing site, eight individuals have given HwB 5/5 with various comments such as 'beautifully presented', 'gorgeous' and 'great assortment of items'.

At the other end of the scale, two persons gave it just 1/5 with one due to the recipient receiving a hamper with nut products when none were wanted due to allergies, and the other due to the wrong, cheaper hamper being sent, and in which a bottle smashed rendering the contents inedible.

In the latter cases, Beth (Customer Service Manager) gave incredibly detailed replies. While this may not assuage these two patrons, it sets out in chapter and verse either an apology for the error or the detail on why the situation unfolded.

One could identify the (alleged) sex of nine of these 10 reviews. Seven were female.

This tallies with the larger sample discussed previously above of the Product Review's website HwB reviews where few male reviewers were in evidence.

In total, HwB has 358 Google reviews with a score overall of 4.4/5. This is very good. It's unrealistic to expect it to be perfect - 5/5 - as there will always be delivery problems, or the occasional hamper arriving damaged (especially if they contain wine or other alcohol, always in glass bottles bar the odd can HwB supplies such as one hamper with a six-pack of Furphys beer)).

Strangely one of listed MBH's offshoots (and major competitor) by the name of Hamper Emporium has only 52 Google reviews with a score overall of 3.9/5. It is listed as 'Hamper Emporium Melbourne' on Google but I tried looking for it under 'H...E... Australia' and the same number of reviews appeared.

We can deduce that while early days for PTL, HwB is doing quite well in obtaining favourable reviews.
